This attractive and spacious Victorian property, built in 1895, is situated in the market town of Alnwick in Northumberland. It is currently being completely refurbished to provide quality guest accommodation.
At the moment we have available the three double bedrooms shown on the Accommodation page in addition to a comfortable guest lounge and bright contemporary garden room where breakfast is served from 8.00 to 9.00 am (8.00 to 9.30 am at weekends). A large single room will be available shortly, to be followed by a spacious family room and a twin room.
Alnwick town centre is a two minute walk from Greycroft and both Alnwick Castle and Alnwick Gardens are readily reached on foot within a further two minute walk. Alnwick itself is centrally situated for exploring the beautiful Northumberland coast, including Holy Island and the Farne Islands and the countryside from the Scottish Borders down through Kielder to Hadrians Wall.
Northumberland is the most sparsely populated county in England but it also has the most castles, many of which are nearby. Enjoy the tranquility and the history.
